We’re members of The Kitchen Collective. The Kitchen Collective is a co-operative, which means it’s owned and operated by its members. More importantly, it is a non-profit, fully-equipped, commercial kitchen that was created to give small businesses like ours a place to work and learn. It’s inspected and improved to ensure that everything created there is safe. Allan and Brandon are both students of food science, so you can be sure that food safety is important to Souper.
